What's the difference between learning to read Afaan Oromo vs Amharic?
Afaan Oromo uses Qubee (Latin script), so reading and writing starts day one. Amharic uses its own script, so reading and writing begins after a few weeks of listening and speaking.
How much will I be able to speak after Phase 1?
After Phase 1 (100 hours): basic conversations. After Phase 2 (250 hours total): you'll speak well in most everyday situations.
Where are in-person lessons?
In Addis Ababa or by arrangement if you are visiting Ethiopia. Remote lessons are available worldwide.
